Blogger Tip

So you have decided to put a blog together and it looks FABULOUS! Now what do you do with it?

There are some people who create blogs for reviews, fun, diaries and so on. The reasons are endless. As a matter of fact, there are just as many reasons as there are blogs. Now that you have a blog how do you get followers?

One of the best ways to get followers is offering something to the reader for free. Those could be interviews from writers, how to blogs about building a fort, and the list goes on. For writers, one of the best things to offer are writing tips. Remember this is not about you but the reader. It's like a novel in that aspect.

The other way to get followers is to network with other bloggers. Get on Facebook and join Network Blogs. Also check out other blogging index centers like Frog Blog and The Blog Farm. In networking with other bloggers, you can do link exchanges. The list goes on. The more blogs you are networked with, the more followers you will have.

There are also tools such as Twitter, FB, and many other social networking places you can join. One of the newest and most popular places is called Pintrest. You should check it out and meet up with people to find similar interests.

HAVE FUN WITH YOUR BLOG
One of the best ways to ensure that your blog grows is by posting EVERYDAY. That is one of the reasons I developed this blog. There are new bloggers, seasoned bloggers and others in between who need content. You can find that here. I try to make sure that all the people who participate are given credit for all their hard work. I believe bloggers don't get enough credit for all the work they put into their blogs.

The whole idea of blogging is to give yourself a voice. So use it wisely. Being nice is always best and sharing with others who have the same interests is always fun. A way to do that is to make sure the posts you publish are not always about you. Give back to the readers who stop off at your blog on a daily basis. After all, they are your readers. Cherish them.
